Denver R&B fans are likely familiar with Kayla Marque's unique talents, on display recently at The Larimer Lounge, Ophelia's Electric Soapbox and others. True hipsters may recognize Marque from Sofar "secret gigs and concerts" in Denver and Los Angeles. Marque says her goal is "to encourage and empower people to create their own narrative, live authentically, and to experience themselves in totality, thereby healing through medium of self expression and discovery through nurturing and cultivating artistic creation." Marque is set to play Red Rocks Amphitheater on New Year's Eve, and again on Sunday, Feb 2.
